Sponsorship terms
These terms govern sponsorship placements bought on AgentBuilt (agent-built.vercel.app and any successor domain, "the Site"), operated by AgentBuilt ([LEGAL ENTITY NAME, e.g. AgentBuilt LLC: TO BE FILLED], "we", "us"). By booking or paying for a placement, you ("Sponsor") agree to these terms.
1. Placements
Placements include the site banner, featured case card and newsletter slots described on the Sponsor page. Each booking specifies the placement, the run dates ("Run Period") and the price, confirmed in writing (email or DM) and/or on the Stripe invoice or checkout.
2. Creative and approval
Sponsor supplies the name, copy, link and any logo at least 3 business days before the Run Period starts. We may edit for length and format, and you'll see a preview before go-live. We may refuse creative that is unlawful, misleading, adult, gambling-related, a crypto token promotion, malware, or otherwise inconsistent with the Site, and offer a replacement or a refund under the Refund Policy.
3. Labeling and independence
All placements are labeled "Sponsor" and linked with rel="sponsored". Sponsorship never affects which businesses we cover or what we write about them.
4. Payment
Fees are due in advance through Stripe unless agreed otherwise in writing. Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes. A placement is confirmed once payment is received.
5. Performance
We don't guarantee any number of impressions, clicks, conversions or sales. Any traffic figures we share are good-faith estimates. We'll make reasonable efforts to keep the Site available during the Run Period.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
7. Sponsor warranties
Sponsor confirms it has the rights to all supplied materials, that its product and claims are lawful and not misleading, and it will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from its materials or product.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any booking is limited to the fees paid for that booking. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms. The version in force when you book applies to that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW / STATE: TO BE FILLED].
