Refund policy
This policy applies to every sponsorship booked on AgentBuilt and is part of the Sponsorship terms.
Before go-live: full refund
Cancel any time before your placement starts and you get 100% of what you paid back. The same applies if we reject your creative and you'd rather not supply a replacement.
If we fail to run it: pro-rata refund
If your placement isn't shown for part of the paid Run Period because of something on our side (outage, error, or our decision to end the run), we refund the unserved share, by days. For example, 2 of 7 days missed means 2/7 of the fee back. Instead of a refund, you can choose an equal make-good extension.
After it has run: no refund
Any days the placement has already run aren't refundable, including when results (clicks, sales) fall short of expectations. If you cancel partway through a run, the days already served aren't refundable, and the rest of the run is at our discretion.
How to request
Email [CONTACT EMAIL: TO BE FILLED] with your Stripe receipt or invoice number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
