AgentBuilt ([LEGAL ENTITY NAME, e.g. AgentBuilt LLC: TO BE FILLED]) runs this Site. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Visitors: we set no accounts and no advertising cookies. Our host (Vercel) processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and operations. We may use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics. Our own landing counter records, once per browser session, the page you arrived on, the referring site's domain and any campaign tag in the link (such as
?ref=). It uses no cookies and stores no IP address or other personal data. - Sponsors and submitters: the name, email, company and messages you send us, plus your placement materials.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the data it processes.
How we use it
To run the Site, deliver and bill sponsorships, reply to you, prevent abuse, and meet legal and tax obligations. We don't sell personal data.
Sharing
Only with the providers that operate the Site (Vercel hosting, Stripe payments, our email provider and our code host), or when the law requires it.
Retention
Business and billing records are kept as long as tax law requires. Other messages are deleted when they're no longer needed.
Your rights
